This article points out flying vehicles in the Bible. It is important to understand that, since many of these descriptions occur in a place called "heaven", learning what the word means is crucial to proper understanding of the verses, in which, it appears. In the obscure language the translators used, heaven meant the sky. The word "sky" or "skies" only appears a dozen times in the entire Bible, although most of the events occur outside. The words "fly" and "flying" occurs 38 times; the word flight is not included as it meant "to flee" in every instance. This reveals examples of "godly" flight but, though these flights are described, in some instances, as being in the sky, they also flew in "heaven". The word "heaven" or "heavens" is translated from Hebrew and Greek words that mean "the sky", or directly related to the sky. The word "heaven" or "heavens" appears, in both the Old and New Testaments. The vehicles described in the Bible are flying in the sky.
Is it possible that the UFO phenomenon is actually a glimpse of the battle raging in the hidden spiritual realms as the struggle makes brief attack into this earthly sphere? No one really knows or has the answer to this question. Every person on earth has their own interpretation on this subject.
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Revelation 12:7-8
And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven.
Revelation 12:12
…But woe to the earth and the sea,
because the devil has gone down to you!
He is filled with fury,
because he knows that his time is short...
Revelation 16:13-14
Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.
More passages in the Bible that mention aliens:
1.) Appear as normal human beings, undetected by people (Genesis 19: 1-29, Hebrews 13:2)
2.) Appear as bright, shining beings that terrify those who see them (Matthew 28:2-7)
3.) Appear in peoples dreams (Matthew 1:20-24)
4.) Appear to animals, but invisible to humans (Numbers 22:21-40)
5.) Appear in the form of a plague (1Chronicles 21:14-16)
6.) Appear in flames of fire (Exodus 3:2)
What do you think of these passages? It’s important to have an open mind when dealing with paranormal. Good paranormal investigators will educate themselves and have an open mind to new theories and opinions of others.
One must look at what's actually in the Bible with an open mind; anyone can find dozens of passages that deal with UFO accounts. This opens the possibility to see that there is a positive alternative to the "gray" abducting type aliens. People often ask if the aliens are angels or demons as if they can only be one or the other. Isn't it entirely possible - and actually more likely - they aren't all exactly the same and that some are good and some are bad? Fortunately, all of the Biblical UFOs seem to be working for the good guys.
They make contact in an honest effort to help people get a more accurate picture of God. If this is the case, is it really so far-fetched to believe that these off-planet missionaries often use UFOs as tools to perform certain tasks?
This subject is open to anyone interpretation. Ones’ faith is always put to the test.
